GuideComm is a privately-owned, software company in the telecommunications Operating Support System (OSS) space. We interviewed their prospects and determined the current perception of GuideComm and their competitors. Since OSS software is crucial to the business operations of a telephone company, reliability is a driving issue. We established the tagline, “Imagine Everything Working.”
With this tagline, we updated their visual identity, their literature and advertising.
