This systems integrator had acquired two other companies and was beginning to see the telecom equipment market spark to life after many years of declining sales. We interviewed their employees and customers to find out their strengths and weakness. Customers were very positive about the company and many of the sales staff stayed with the company for more than 15 years. We positioned them with “Building On Strength” and updated many of their communication tools to reflect this positive feeling of employees and customers.
